My domain has several hundred users, do I need to pay for all of them or only for the ones that actually use this?
Only the people who use Ginza Contacts are counted as an active user.
Can I add/modify contacts via MS Outlook and have them shared with other users?
Yes, but you'll need to download and install an outlook plugin from Google (see next question for the answer to where)

How often are syncs done?
Every 1h we check if your accounts have any changes. If so, we place your accounts in a job queue. Once in the queue it can take a few minutes and longer depending on the size of your contacts, groups, and collaborators.
For free accounts, we check your accounts every 24h.
Can I share contacts with other google apps domain or gmail users?
Yes, you can share both cross-domain and with other GMail users
I just signed up but its not syncing!
An initial sync always takes a lot longer than a regular sync. Why? There are a couple of reasons.
We'll have to initially download all of your, and your collaborators, contacts.
Once we start copying contacts into your collaborators account, Google imposes a rate limit of how many contacts we can upload during a certain period of time. This is the main reason why an initial sync can take 1-2h for large groups of contacts.
